SriHarsha D. Sripadrao shared how he prepared similarly for his medical college admissions test, martial arts tournaments, and various other exams or competitions. His 5 main techniques are as follows:

  1. Stay Positive: Do not start trying to learn new material one day before or on the day of an exam. Believe that you have prepared enough and focus on the exam rather than the outcome.
  2. Get up early and eat well: Get adequate sleep before the day of the exam. Give yourself sufficient time on the day of the exam to do your daily routines and to eat.
  3. Leave home early: Reach the place of your test center at least one day before the exam so that you will not be in a rush on the exam day.
  4. Answer Strategically: Thoroughly read the questions, use your time wisely, and decide the order you will answer questions based on the training provided by the excellent instructors at this training center.
  5. After the exam:  Trust that you have done well. Try not to dwell on the exam. Give yourselves an adequate break and reflect on your exam so you can build on your strengths and learn from your mistakes.
